Plan
Inspired by Rem Koolhaas' plan of the house at bordeaux, I wish to encompass both the qualities of geometrical shapes, and the space between them in my building.
First a drew a modified version of the plan into google sketchup.
Then I rotated it and pulled shapes out of both the plan and the newly created section.
This way I could create many interesting relationships betweens spaces and voids.
The next step is to change the shape to fit the context of UNSW and to fit the design brief. Then extend the bridging qualities at the top.
